IDEALIMG is "The Ideal Image Size Setter" v.1.0 by Chet Walters (dated
1989). IMG files contain information in their headers which allow
programs like PageStream and Touch Up to import them into those programs
at their "correct" size based on the size of the pixels of the device on
which the IMG was created. Unfortunately, this isn't always the same as
you wish it to be. Based on this information you can end up trying to
display an IMG file in a size so large as to be unworkable. This
program/ACC will automatically fix the header information to appropriate
values for your printer. It comes in two "flavors," one of which
handles one or multiple IMG files in one pass (Geneva compatible) and
the other which does them one at a time (bombs under Geneva). Docs
included. Thanksware (send him a thank-you note it you use this!).
Support Thanksware and shareware authors! ST-STE compatible (at least).
